Phil DiGennaroManaging Director

Phil DiGennaro, Managing Director at Stream Capital Partners brings 15 years of experience in Net Lease and Sale Leaseback Transactions. Phil has expanded our footprint in the Northeast through his extensive experience in commercial development and management, portfolio transactions consisting of retail, medical office, and student housing. Since starting at STREAM Capital Partners, Phil has closed numerous transactions throughout the country, representing all asset types including national restaurant chains, both quick service, and high-end restaurants, automotive, financial institutions, medical offices, office and industrial. Phil has underwritten over $5 billion in property valuations and has represented private owners, family offices, institutional investors, national REITS, and private equity companies throughout the United States.

Phil received his B.A. from Fordham University at Rose Hill in the Bronx, NY. He received his M.B.A. at the University of Connecticut with concentrations in Finance and International Business.
