Connor Shell joined STREAM Capital Partners in 2017 as a Managing Director and serves as the leader of the firm’s Nashville office. In this role, Connor is responsible for driving the office’s strategic growth, overseeing transaction execution, and expanding STREAM’s presence throughout the Southeast and broader U.S. markets. He brings over eight years of experience with a strong background in retail development and investment. During his tenure at STREAM, Connor has grown his transaction volume, closing deals with major retail developers and private owners nationwide. He has also built and led a high-performing team while cultivating long-standing relationships with private owners, family offices, institutional investors, and developers, resulting in a deep and loyal client base across the country.
Connor graduated from California State University – Northridge with a degree in Finance and Real Estate Studies. Connor is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
