Adam English, Managing Director at Stream Capital Partners, brings over 15 years of investment brokerage and advisory experience to the Alabama office and leads the STREAM Southeast team. A key leader within the firm, Adam supports the offices and brokers he partners with across STREAM. He focuses on net lease and sale-leaseback transactions nationwide and has built a strong base of corporate, national, and regional clients, including Trident Holdings, Yesway, and Jack’s—providing advisory services on portfolio sales and programmatic sale-leasebacks.
Adam graduated from The University of Alabama where he received his degree in Real Estate Finance with a minor in Economics. Adam is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and the Association for Corporate Growth (ACG).
