Based in Chicago, Graham is the Vice President of Sale-Leaseback and Net Lease Transactions, advising clients on the acquisition and disposition of net-leased assets nationwide. Graham has an extensive background in net lease sales with more than 8 years of experience with commercial investment sales and utilizes his experience when working with other STREAM offices across our platform. Since joining STREAM in 2019, Graham has underwritten over $500mm of real estate and worked with a plethora of clientele, including private individuals, high net worth families, family offices, public and private REITs, and PE firms.
Graham graduated from the University of Missouri with a degree in Finance and Real Estate. He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and is actively involved with the Illinois CCIM chapter, where he serves on the board of directors.
