Based in Chicago, Graham is the Senior Vice President of Sale-Leaseback and Net Lease Transactions at STREAM Capital Partners, where he advises clients nationwide on the acquisition and disposition of net-leased assets. With more than eight years of experience in commercial investment sales, Graham brings extensive expertise in net lease transactions and leverages his market knowledge and transaction experience to support clients and collaborate with STREAM offices across the firm’s national platform.

Since joining STREAM in 2019, Graham has underwritten more than $500 million in real estate and advised a diverse range of clients, including private investors, high-net-worth families, family offices, public and private REITs, and private equity firms. His experience spans a broad spectrum of net lease assets and transaction structures, providing clients with a strategic perspective throughout the investment sales process.

Graham earned a degree in Finance and Real Estate from the University of Missouri. He is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and is actively involved with the Illinois CCIM Chapter, where he serves on the Board of Directors.
