Joe DiGennaro is a Senior Associate at STREAM Capital Partners. Since joining STREAM in 2023, Joe has gone from an analyst/associate role, supporting roughly $250 million of transactions, to $30 million of closed deals in 2024 and more than $105 million of sale leaseback transactions year-to-date in 2025.Joe is focused on the industrials asset class, partnering with private equity, privately held businesses, investment banks, and lenders in the lower middle market. Prior to STREAM, Joe was on the buy side with MAG Capital Partners as part of the investment committee and capital markets team, where he worked on $150 million of net-leased transactions.
Joe holds a B.S. in Finance with a minor in Philosophy from Fairfield University and has holds additional supplementary degrees from the London School of Economics.
