CHICAGO, IL – July 12, 2021 – STREAM Capital Partners, LLC, a leading international sale-leaseback advisory firm, has arranged the sale and leaseback of an outdoor storage industrial asset in Odessa, Texas.
The tenant is LSE Crane & Transportation, a leading crane rental and service company based in Texas. Since 1957, the company, a second-generation, family-owned business, has been offering a wide variety of specialized services tailored to the oil and gas industry, including steel erection, precast concrete erection, crane rental and rigging, and transportation and logistics services. With a wide variety of cranes and equipment, including forklifts, material handlers, hydraulic truck cranes, all terrain cranes, rough terrain cranes, and crawler cranes, the company has been providing quality and uncompromising service in North America for more than 60 years.
Totaling 6.83 acres, the property sold for $120,000 more than the asking price to a private buyer.
