Krupa Shah, Managing Director at STREAM Capital Partners, has 20 years of real estate capital markets experience. Krupa specializes in investment sales advisory for single-tenant and net leased commercial property, as well as advising corporate clients on various structured real estate decisions. Her clients include private equity and independent sponsors, family offices, institutional investors, and owner-occupiers. Previously, Krupa worked extensively in corporate finance at JLL. Over the course of her career, Krupa has executed nearly $5 billion in sale leaseback, build-to-suit, and investment sale transactions, as well as $1.4 billion in commercial loan dispositions. Krupa attended New York University’s Leonard N. Stern School of Business, where she graduated with a B.S. in Finance and Marketing.
