Jeff Lizzo, Managing Director at STREAM Capital Partners, brings more than 15 years of commercial real estate experience in all facets of real estate, including valuation, transaction management, and corporate finance. Jeff specializes in single-tenant net lease and sale leaseback transactions and advises his clients on various structured real estate decisions. Prior to joining STREAM, Jeff was with JLL’s Corporate Finance and Net Lease team in Chicago and Duff & Phelps’ (now Kroll) real estate valuation team. Jeff has executed over $5 billion in sale leaseback, build-to-suit, and investment sale transactions.
Jeff received his B.S. from the University of Kentucky in Lexington and is a current member of the Association of Corporate Growth (ACG), Alliance of M&A Advisors (AMAA), Midwest Business Brokers and Intermediaries (MBBI) and is a licensed real estate broker.
