Dean CopansManaging Director

Dean Copans, Managing Director at Stream Capital Partners, brings nearly 20 years of real estate experience with extensive knowledge in Capital Markets.  Dean has a wide network of strong relationships with leading institutions, developers, and private owners of investment properties.  Prior to joining STREAM, Dean’s early career was focused on investment sales from the Buy side of the transaction.  He later expanded his client base and co-founded Spruce Commercial where he leveraged his expertise regarding investment properties to focus on dispositions and ownership.

Dean received a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science from the University of Rhode Island and his Juris Doctorate from Santa Clara University of Law. Dean is a licensed Real Estate Broker in California, Nevada, Utah, Colorado, Mississippi, and Georgia, and a member of the State Bar Association in California.
