Walgreens recently extended their lease, showing their long-term commitment to the location and consumer base.
Jordan Shtulman and Graham Gold of STREAM Capital Partners represented the seller in the transaction. EXAN Group, based in Miami, FL acted on behalf of one of its separate accounts.
