STREAM Executes $17 Million Sale Leaseback of Leading LTACH and CBRF in Wisconsin

CHICAGO, IL – July 16, 2019 – STREAM Capital Partners, LLC, a national net lease and sale-leaseback advisory group, recently represented the seller in the $17,000,000 sale and leaseback of Lakeview Specialty Hospital & Rehab and Lakeview Care Partners.

As the only independently owned long-term acute care hospital (LTACH) in Wisconsin with expertise in medically complex care, neurobehavioral health, rehabilitation, and community supportive living, Lakeview Specialty Hospital & Rehab and Lakeview Care Partners have delivered therapy to more than 10,000 patients over the past 25 years. Christopher Slover, the CEO of Lakeview Management, Inc. has been at the forefront of traumatic brain rehabilitation for the past 15 years.
