CHICAGO, IL – June 20, 2019 – STREAM Capital Partners, LLC, a national net lease and sale-leaseback advisory group, recently represented the seller in the $15,500,000 sale and leaseback of Kittle’s Furniture in Indianapolis, Indiana.
Kittle’s Furniture has been in business for over 87 years and is well-known throughout Indiana. 160,598 square foot store is located just off Interstate 465 and one block from Castleton Square, Indiana’s largest mall.
