CHICAGO, IL – June 10, 2019 – STREAM Capital Partners, LLC, a national net lease and sale-leaseback advisory group, recently represented a Nashville-area seller looking to diversify its real estate assets in the $7.7 million sale of a short-term leased warehouse in the Nashville Metropolitan Area.
Looking to acquire industrial assets, a New York-based industrial investment group acquired the property. Sebastian Geoffrion and Jonathan Wolfe of STREAM Capital Partners represented the seller on the transaction.
