CHICAGO, IL – October 12, 2020 – STREAM Capital Partners, LLC, a national net lease and sale-leaseback advisory group, has arranged the sale of Compass Group’s (NYSE: CMPG) facility in Madison, WI. The properties were situated along Daniels Street and Mustang Way.
Philip DiGennaro and Adam Baxter from Stream Capital Partners represented the seller in the transaction, and Dominick Sulo of Marcus and Millichap represented the buyer. Both parties requested anonymity.
“The buyer was all cash, and closed after a short due diligence period,” said Phil DiGennaro of Stream Capital Partners.
