STREAM Capital Partners has brokered the sale of O’Reilly Auto Parts in North Port, Florida. A private buyer acquired the property at a 5.45% cap rate. Connor Shell, Adam English, Jordan Shtulman, and Jonathan Wolfe of STREAM Capital Partners represented the seller on the transaction.
“There is a lot of capital coming out of the Northeast, which is exactly where this buyer came from, said Shell”
Shell continued, “There is still great demand for net leased assets, but due to the supply, buyers have become more particular on location, which is why we have seen more migration of capital to those tax-free states.”
