CHICAGO, IL – February 4, 2019 – STREAM Capital Partners, LLC, has brokered the sale of a property net leased to Planet Fitness along with a Bank of America ATM on the property in the Albany, New York metropolitan area. The 30,000 square feet property’s lease is structured as an Absolute NNN with more than 15 years remaining on the term. Ryan Smeele and Jordan Shtulman of STREAM Capital Partners represented the seller, one of the largest Planet Fitness franchise ownership groups, on the transaction.
