CHICAGO, IL – June 17, 2019 – STREAM Capital Partners, LLC, a national net lease and sale leaseback advisory group, has arranged the sale of a property net leased to Walgreens in the Birmingham, Alabama metropolitan area.
The 14,560 square feet store’s lease is structured as a triple net with 10 years remaining on the term. The building was sold to an all cash buyer in an off-market transaction. Connor Shell, Adam English, and Jordan Shtulman of STREAM Capital Partners represented the seller on the transaction.
