CHICAGO, IL – August 27, 2021 – STREAM Capital Partners, LLC, a national net lease and sale-leaseback advisory group, has arranged the sale of a three-building, 23.3-acre industrial portfolio through a long-term, sale-leaseback-structured transaction. Located in Mansfield, Ohio, the property was acquired by Texas-based MAG Capital Partners, LLC. STREAM Capital Partners’ Jonathan Wolfe and Jordan Shtulman represented the seller in this transaction.
