CHICAGO, IL – January 15, 2021 – STREAM Capital Partners, LLC, a national net lease and sale-leaseback advisory group, has arranged the sale and leaseback of two industrial properties in Birmingham and Montgomery, Alabama.
The properties total 32,504 square feet. The leases in place are structured as absolute triple net with annual rent increases. Daniel Macks and Adam Baxter of STREAM Capital Partners represented the seller in the transaction.
Macks said of the transaction, “This was a great transaction for the seller who was able to liquidate its real estate to help fuel company growth.”
Baxter added, “The buyer was a local investor who was able to expand its footprint with a strong, long-term tenant.”
