CHICAGO, IL – October 12, 2018 – STREAM Capital Partners, LLC has arranged the sale of a property net leased to Walgreens in the Raleigh, North Carolina metropolitan area.
The 14,820 square feet store’s lease is structured as a triple net with 17 years remaining on the term. Connor Shell, Adam English, and Jordan Shtulman of STREAM Capital Partners represented the seller on the transaction.
“There is a great deal of capital available needing placement, especially local dollars. We were able to secure a local buyer who was willing to go nonrefundable in 7 days and close shortly thereafter,” said Shell.
Shell continued, “As cap rates have moved slightly across the board, buyers have become more selective; however, well-located product will still demand high activity at more of a premium,” said Shell.
