CHICAGO, IL – NOVEMBER 28, 2022 – STREAM Capital Partners, LLC (“STREAM”), a national net lease and sale leaseback advisory group, has arranged the sale and leaseback of three flex industrial properties. Totaling 244,930 square feet, the three properties are located in Webberville, Michigan; Eastanollee, Georgia; and Norfolk, Nebraska. The properties are leased to Applegate Greenfiber, a leading manufacturer of insulation products for commercial and residential use, under a long-term lease.
Earlier this year, Industrial Opportunity Partners, a Chicago-based industrial focused investment firm, acquired both Applegate Holdings, LLC and the assets of Greenfiber Holdings, LLC to form Applegate Greenfiber Holdings LLC, based in Charlotte, North Carolina.
