Sasha Dominguez is a multi-cultural national specialist of investment properties with a focus in net lease and sale-leaseback properties exclusively representing buyers and sellers. Prior to joining STREAM Capital Partners Sasha spent the early part of her career at JPMorgan Chase Bank focused on debt analysis and lending.
Later she transitioned into commercial real Estate where she spearheaded landlord representation, tenant representation, acquisitions and dispositions of urban retail properties throughout Miami-Dade County, stabilizing assets through precise tenant-mix, marketing and leasing strategies. While working closely with land owners, developers and their consultants, Sasha was able to reduce their risk to exposure through her adeptness by meticulously underwriting properties. She has also been successful in the strategic consultation with tenants throughout their expansion.
