Kyler Bean, Managing Director at STREAM Capital Partners, brings nearly 10 years of diverse real estate experience while leading Net Lease and Sale-Leaseback Transactions for STREAM’s Dallas office. Kyler’s strong relationships with private equity companies, family offices, institutional investors/REITS, and developers across the country have led him to be one of the fastest-growing brokers in his region. During Kyler’s career, he has underwritten over $1 billion in property valuations and closed numerous transactions across Industrial, Medical, Retail, Automotive, and Office.
Kyler received his B.A. in Political Science and Minor in Business from Texas Christian University in Fort Worth, TX.
