Annie Koch is the Chief Operating Officer and Director of Transaction Management at STREAM Capital Partners where she focuses on STREAM’s day-to-day operations, broker management and all transaction progression. Annie is a seasoned real estate veteran with over 20 years of commercial real estate experience focusing corporate clients, national transactions of all asset types, research, technology and marketing.
Annie is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), Association of Industrial Real Estate (AIRE), National Association of Office and Industrial Properties (NAIOP), and Industrial Women in Real Estate (IWIRE.) Annie earned her B.A. from Loyola University Chicago and is a licensed real estate broker in the state of Illinois.
