Taylor Trepinski

Taylor Trepinski is a seasoned real estate broker with in-depth experience of Net Lease and Sale Leaseback transactions.  With a strong analytical background, Taylor has participated in a wide range of transactions advising 1031 exchange Buyers, REITS and private investors, in the disposition and acquisition of their investment real estate.  Taylor began his full-time career as a valuation analyst before moving into a full-time brokerage position where has experienced long and steady success for the nearly 10 years he has practiced real estate.  Taylor holds a New York and Florida Real Estate license and is a graduate of Baylor University with a BA in Business Administration focusing on entrepreneurship.
