Sasha Dominguez

Sasha Dominguez is a multi-cultural national specialist of investment properties with a focus on net lease and sale-leaseback properties. Prior to joining STREAM Capital Partners Sasha spent the early part of her career in the banking industry before she transitioned into commercial real estate. While working closely with landowners, developers and consultants, Sasha was able to reduce their risk of exposure through her adeptness by meticulously underwriting properties. She has also been successful in the strategic consultation with tenants throughout their expansion.

Sasha is actively involved in the community, participating in organizations such as The New Leaders Task Force/Beacon Council, Big Brothers Big Sisters, and International Council of Shopping Centers. Sasha received her B.B.A. in International Business and Management from Florida International University.
