John Woodcock

John Woodcock, Vice President at Stream Capital Partners, brings eight years of commercial real estate investment sales and capital markets experience. John is focused exclusively on the disposition and acquisition of net lease properties nationwide, as well as structuring and executing sale leasebacks for corporate users. Throughout his career, John has advised and transacted with many of the nation’s largest landlords. His relationships include institutional investors, developers, family offices, and private owners. Based out of Los Angeles, John and his partners at STREAM are well positioned to advise their clients on the current market trends and capital flows of net lease assets.

John holds a B.S. degree in Economics from Santa Clara University.
