Brooke Burgoni

Brooke Burgoni joined STREAM Capital Partners in 2019 with over 19 years’ experience in commercial real estate. As Vice President of Marketing, Brooke is responsible for overseeing all marketing, public relations, and branding efforts for Stream Capital Partners. As an experienced veteran in the industry, Brooke collaborates with the firm’s partners to ensure STREAM is the market leader in advising the client in sale leaseback and net lease transactions.

Brooke is known for being a strong strategic thinker and relationship builder, motivated by making connections and inspiring others.

Brooke studied at the University of Texas in Arlington, is a member of WIRL (Women in Real Estate) and a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). Her passion to succeed combined with her experience makes her a valued member of the STREAM team.
