Brandon Krawitz

Brandon Krawitz joined STREAM Capital Partners as an Associate based in the Chicago, Illinois office. Brandon brings a diverse background in real estate, financial modeling, and strategic business development. Prior to joining STREAM, Brandon worked as an Associate at Hilco Real Estate, where he led major retail liquidation projects, renegotiated leases for high-profile clients, and conducted market research for large-scale REIT projects. He also gained experience in acquisitions and development during his tenure at GMX Development.

Brandon holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business and completed his MBA with a concentration in Finance, Real Estate, and Valuation at DePaul University. He is the President of the DePaul Real Estate Alumni Association.
