Ankur Patel

Ankur Patel, CCIM, is the Senior Advisor of Capital Markets at STREAM Capital Partners.  With nearly 20 years’ experience in corporate banking, Ankur is a seasoned veteran in the commercial mortgage industry with a strong financial background and large corporate contacts.  Prior to joining STREAM, Ankur has lead projects with some of the world’s largest companies in the banking industry, including Wells Fargo, Citibank and Merril Lynch.  His extensive experience allows Ankur to provide advisory services to small businesses looking to grow their market footprint by securing debt and leveraging equity.  Ankur has successfully funded hundreds of projects throughout his career, providing clients with the value and guidance to fund their borrowing requests. He believes in a team approach and maintains a strong network of value-added partners who help guide his clients in their specific areas of expertise.

Ankur has a B.S. Finance and a Master of Business Administration – Real Estate degree from the University of Florida.
