Job Description: Senior Analyst

Full-time, in office position located in Chicago, IL

REQUIREMENTS:

• Provide support to Senior brokerage team by prosecting, follow up emails, sourcing business
• Interfaces with clients and prospects as an integral part of business development
• Provide market research for specific client related projects and prospecting
• Analysis of market data for competitive approach to winning business, including market trends and statistics
• Work with existing CRM database
• Manage database of prospects and – Enter new leads, track progress, schedule meetings
• Manage lists of contacts and properties for business development
• Create market surveys and valuations
• Assist in creating proposals and presentations
• Prepares Letter of Intent (LOI), property spec sheets, fee agreements
• Maintains organized data for internal infrastructure and assists senior leadership with closing processes

EXPERIENCE:

• Graduate from four-year university
• Must maintain a current Real Estate License
• Two years commercial real estate knowledge/experience preferred
• Financial knowledge, including credit, analysis, terms and principles
• Excellent analytical, written and communication skills
• Must be able to present to a team and communicate with clients regularly
• Required to work in a professional fast-paced environment, both independently and as a team
• Must meet deadlines and goals autonomously
• Manage and take direction with excellent attention to detail
• Must be proficient in Salesforce and full Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel expertise
• Knowledge of third party Commercial real estate sites preferred
